By accessing and using RealHunt ("the Service"), including our mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

RealHunt is a real estate search platform operated by Iryna Tarabanovska, a licensed real estate salesperson. The Service provides access to MLS® property listings for the Greater Toronto Area sourced from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) via PropTx.

3.1 Bona Fide Interest Requirement

This Service provides real estate listings for users with a bona fide interest in purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate. By using RealHunt, you confirm that you have a genuine interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate in Ontario.

The information may not be used for commercial purposes or any other purpose.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service or listing information for any commercial purpose
• Use any automated systems, robots, or AI tools to access or process the data
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish listing information
• Use the information for data mining, analysis, or training machine learning models
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality

Real estate listings are sourced from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS® system via PropTx Innovations Inc.

MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and associated logos are trademarks owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the professional services provided by members of CREA.

All listing content, descriptions, images, and data are protected by copyright and are the property of their respective owners (listing brokerages, TRREB, PropTx). This content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without explicit permission.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@realhunt.ca. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

RealHunt and its operator provide this service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listing information, property condition, legal status, or title issues, decisions made based on information provided through the Service, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Information You Provide

• Phone Number (Required) — Used for account authentication and login
• Email Address (Optional) — Used for notifications and account recovery

Automatically Collected Information

• Search Preferences — Saved searches, favorite listings, recently viewed properties
• Usage Data — App interactions, feature usage, session information
• Location Data — Approximate location for nearby property searches (only when you use location features)
• Analytics — Anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account and provide secure access
• Save and sync your preferences across devices
• Send property updates and notifications about saved searches
• Improve the Service through usage analytics
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Comply with legal obligations as required by law

We use trusted service providers for authentication (Firebase), data storage (Firebase Firestore, Supabase — North American servers), and analytics (Firebase Analytics). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted in North American data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption — Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Authentication — Secure phone number authentication via Firebase
• Access Controls — Strict access limitations to production data
• Monitoring — Regular security audits and monitoring

You have the right to:

• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. Our website may use essential cookies for functionality. We use local storage to save your preferences and session data on your device.

RealHunt is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

RealHunt is designed for use in Canada, specifically the Greater Toronto Area. If you access the Service from outside Canada, your data will still be stored in North American servers, and you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in Canada.
